El Macho Blanco Orgánico will be perfect with lobster and fish. 

This Sauvignon and Viura will be successfull with hard cheeses.

80% Viura

20% Sauvignon Blanc

 

TASTE :

Fresh with citrus, green apple and floral notes. Vibrant, it has a perfect balance of fruit and acidity, with a refreshing yet fruity palate.

This Reserva will be the perfect companion to all your barbecue parties, no matter if red or white meat! This wine pairs well with spaghetti dishes or to be enjoyed by itself.

60% Bobal
25% Tempranillo
10% Cabernet Sauvignon

5% Syrah

 

AGEING:

Aged for three years including one year in American oak barrels.

 

TASTE:

A powerful and well-balanced red wine with red fruit aromas and a hint of vanilla.

LA FINCA MÚSICA

Vegan wine

 

The wine is fermented in the traditional way and aged for 18 months in 800L clay amphorae called Tinajas  under a frequency of 432Htz  the frequency of the earth . This frequency accelerates the fermentation.

GRAPES :

100% Bobal

 

TASTE :

Tinajas provide, in addition to an unrivalled minerality, a deep expression of freshness and a fruitysensation. With music, the aromas are more developed, the wine fruitier, its typicity more marked.
